Positive: Clean spacious modern but with charm of exposed brick wall. 2 bathrooms 3 bedrooms perfect for our group. Balcony over quiet street. Walk to Sagrada Familia. Ethnic restaurants nearby.
Negative: A bit of a hike to the office where we left our luggage for the day.

Positive: We rented 2 apartments for a group of 9 and it was very conveniently located near Sagrada Familia and Metro stops. Apartment had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with enough space for everybody to split out. The lower unit had a court yard which was enjoyable to get some fresh air.
Negative: The washing machine was very slow and there was no dryer. It was cold outside, we had a hard time drying.

Positive: It was very easy access and well located close to the Sagrada Familia and within walking distance of key places to visit. It was spacious and clean and had all that was needed.
Negative: Only downside were the pillows that could have been a bit thicker!

Positive: The property is in a fantastic location close to Sagrada Familia and two metro lines. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and dealt with issues promptly. The apartment looked exactly like the photos and matched the description.
Summary: A lovely, quiet apartment with room enough for 4 adults that is walking distance to attractions and metro stations.

Positive: I love that they are there for us almost around the clock when it comes to getting in touch. We had a bit of a noise problem from our upstairs neighbour at 1am. The service team was still able to manage the problem as quickly as possible, even in the middle of the night. Impressive! The flat was clean (a small stain on the bed, but no big deal) and located near the central area. Easy to get everywhere by metro. There are many supermarkets and bakeries near the flat. Nice team.
Negative: The soundproofing between the rooms in the flat is pretty poor, but that's not too bad if you have the same daily routine as other fellow travellers. One more towel per person would be good.
Summary: A great place to stay in Barcelona! Amazing team!

Positive: Excellent location walkable to La Sagrada familia with lots of cafes and eateries nearby. Handy access to public transit and train stations.
Negative: Slight mixup on checking in where our apartment wasn’t cleaned so we were put in another apartment temporarily where we could have a nap u tik ours was ready. Much appreciated after our overnight flight.
Summary: Spacious, clean apartment in a very good area. Host was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp.
